Stéphane Leduc is a passionate entrepreneur and seasoned executive, who graduated in accounting from the University of Hull in 1990. Carrying forward an entrepreneurial vision passed down through generations, he has always embodied determination and rigor in business. For over 35 years, he has been a shareholder and General Manager of Chaussures Le Pacha, a true retail landmark in the Outaouais region. With his strong expertise in accounting and management, he has helped build a family business that will soon celebrate its 50th anniversary. Driven by long-term vision and sharp entrepreneurial instincts, Stéphane has contributed to the development of more than twenty companies over the years, in diverse sectors such as retail, construction, agriculture, shoe importing, and real estate. Recognized for his financial discipline, strategic management, and human leadership, he approaches every challenge with pragmatism and determination. His guiding philosophy is simple: “For every problem, there is a solution.” With over three decades of business experience, Stéphane now supports the management team by providing clear vision and strategies focused on creating long-term value.
